After looking through my jewelry collection and finding it woefully bereft of large necklaces, I made these two. ‘Vampiress’ is a combination of woven wire and a giant riverstone, and ‘Spider Silk’ is complicatedly-arranged simple black beads.

I was called in to do some coding consultation and css modifications for Liz Warneck Photography by Lynnette Shelley of Redeye Design. This was a fun site to do, and I may do more coding collaborations with Lynnette in the future.

I had the great honor of collaborating with Ed Dohnert in making a website for his remarkable mechanical creations, things of wood and brass that move and amaze. You can see it here at Mechanical Curiosities, where not only are the machines displayed, but Ed also lends his wit in describing what he went through while making them. In my quest to knit every character from Doctor Who, this time I made a knit K-9. He was fun to work on, since it’s unusual to do very angular stuffed toys in a knit medium.
